Kevin Fawcett Quintana
Technical Leader, Integration and Development engineer
Kevin's role in this project as technical leader was to make sure that all technical specifications and requirements were met.
As the Integration and Development Engineer his job was to integrate DGM into the GCM, handle the inputs signals (voice hands gestures) and assign them to the MAVLink commands.
Ana Camacho
Project Manager and Research Leader, Research Engineer
Ana's role in this project was to lead research and assign tasks and make sure that they were completed and all deadlines were met.
As the Research Engineer, she researched all documentation related to MAVLink protocols and their integration into Python code. She handled everything related to the simulation of the drone and co-created the main Python code.


Varuni Karalliyadde
Hardware Leader, 3D Engineer
Varuni's role in this project was to research and design the required hardware.
As the 3D engineer, she designed and printed a 3D model case for the GCM and made alterations to fix errors. She was also responsible for the Drone Voice Controller and also created the website and the poster.
Gordon Reed
Coordination Leader, Integration and Administrative Engineer
Gordon's role in this project was to make sure each team member completed the task assigned to them and to make sure that each team member coordinated with one another.
As the Integration and Administrative Engineer, his job was to review system requirements, review system definition, review all the documents such as the PDR, CDR, and was also responsible for the Drone Glove Controller.
